Pantone's 2019 Color of the Year: Living Coral

Living Coral was announced as the 2019 Color of the Year by the Pantone Color Institute.  "Symbolizing our innate need for optimism and joyful pursuits, Living Coral embodies our desire for playful expression," the institute wrote in an Instagram caption.

Coral has been seen on the Spring 2019 runways for Marc Jacobs and Christian Siriano, but it's also showing up in the promotional products world. Consider coral if you're looking for a color that's considered universally flattering to all skin types. Makeup artist Rebecca Restrepo claims, "A peachy coral blush is the most universally flattering color for all skin tones, from the fairest to the richest. It works because it's a balance of both warm and cool undertones; it also adds brightness and youthfulness to any face." Wearing this color close to your face ads a vibrance, making your skin look more alive.

Consider coral when looking for a fun promotional product, especially if you are trying to bring a resort lifestyle or sunny paradise feel to your event. Or if you just want to beat back the winter doldrums.
